Rajouri June,16: A delegation of Sanatan Dharam Sabha, Sub-District Kotranka, led by its President Advocate Gurdev Singh Thakur, today met with the Sub-District Administration, including the ADC Kotranka, Additional SP, and Tehsildar Kotranka, to discuss the serious issue concerning Budhal Town.
During the meeting, the delegation raised concerns regarding the recent incident in which blood was reportedly found in water tanks and supply pipes, causing anxiety among residents.
The administration assured Advocate Gurdev Singh Thakur and other members of the delegation that the police are actively investigating the matter on a war footing. The officials further assured that all efforts are being made to identify the culprits and that those responsible will be brought to justice at the earliest.
The delegation also submitted a memorandum and urged the administration to take all necessary measures to prevent the recurrence of such incidents and to maintain peace, harmony, and public confidence in the area.
The delegation further stated that some individuals are trying to communalize the issue and divide society for their narrow political interests. The Sabha appealed to the public not to fall prey to such attempts and to maintain communal harmony, brotherhood, and unity while allowing the law enforcement agencies to carry out their investigation impartially.
Others present in the delegation included former President Thakur Suneet Singh, Sarjeet Singh Thakur, Pandit Tilak Raj Ji, Inderjeet Sharma, Puran Singh Ji, Yashpal Sharma, Prem Singh, Surinder Kumar, Onkar Singh, Sudhir Singh, Rajit Singh, Kuldeep Singh, Yogesh Sharma, Satyam Sharma, Hrithik Singh, and many other members of the Sabha.
